  I feel like they were very rude. You can fill out an application for adoption and they will never finish processing the application because they are too busy to finish. They call you with an attitude. When you call them, they have an attitude and they hang up on you. When they hang up on you, they blame that their phones were not working. I’m very disappointed on how they treat people that are going to adopt one of their animals. If they treat humans like this then how do they treat their animals when something doesn’t go right.
